Mr. Sulin is a graduate of the University of Baltimore School of Law and has been practicing law in the State of Maryland since 1997. Mr. Sulin is also an owner of Advance Realty Elite, LLC, a residential real estate brokerage that assists buyers and sellers with the sale and purchase of their properties. He has also owned a mortgage brokerage and a title insurance company.

Over the years, Mr. Sulin has represented clients in a wide variety of areas including foreclosure, bankruptcy, real estate, insurance defense, personal injury, landlord tenant, and condemnation. Prior to forming the SOS Law Group, Mr. Sulin was a law clerk for The Honorable Eugene Lerner in the Circuit Court for Anne Arundel County, and has worked for several prominent firms at the local level including:

As an attorney with experience in mortgages, real estate brokerage services, and title insurance, Mr. Sulin has developed an expertise in all aspects of residential real estate transactions. Most recently, Mr. Sulin has dedicated much of his time helping homeowners in distress, especially in the areas of foreclosure defense, loan modification, bankruptcy, loss mitigation and short sales.
