Jeffrey Shiller is a graduate of the University of Baltimore School of Law. He has been a member of the Maryland Bar since 1994.

Mr. Shiller has owned & operated several title companies and currently operates a private real estate lending company. He represents buyers, sellers, investors, Realtors, lenders and various other clients in many types of commercial and residential real estate matters:

• Negotiating & structuring creative real estate transactions;
• Seller financing;
• Foreclosure and foreclosure protection laws

Mr. Shiller conducts title, investing and foreclosure bootcamps and seminars for real estate professionals, and has appeared as an expert in various real estate related topics on the radio and in court cases.
